Hi everyone...!
Here we are with the sixth episode of the story disguised. Well this guy, Sudheeksh knows how to hold his audience...!

Episode6:
“A hug?!” Pradeep exclaimed after hearing the outing story of Sandesh and Adhya.
“Yeah!!” Sandesh’s mind was still circling that moment even though they were in crowded cafeteria. Its effects were still on him.
“Did you kiss her, then?”
“WHAT?! No!!”
“You should’ve, Sandy. You like her, she likes you. It was the perfect moment for it”
“C’mon, Pradeep. It was just a casual hug. That too was very quick. It lasted for not more than two seconds”
“A hug is a hug. No matter it was for two seconds or two hours”
“Hmmm”
“So, when’ll you propose her?”
“Propose?! It’s too early for it, bro”
“Listen, Sandy. Her actions have clearly shown that she likes you too. But, no girl will propose a boy, even though her love’s so deep. They’ll be waiting for the moment when the boy himself expresses his feelings for her. They might act that they never thought like that in the beginning. But, they’ll accept for sure”
“Ohk”
“So, take her somewhere and express your feelings for her”
“Take her where?”
“I don’t know. You think of it. Some calm place which even she likes”
“Hmmm”
“Don’t wait for a moment for long, bro. you might never get it. You’ll have to make that moment happen by yourself, instead”
“Yes, sir. Whatever you say”
They took a last sip of their coffee and got up to leave. When they came out, Pradeep spoke again, “Hey, who’ll you bring for the year end party?”
“Ah, no one”
“Okay. Be there as early as possible”
“Sure”
Then, there was silence. As far as Sandesh knew, Pradeep would never be silent for a second. He realized something’s bothering Pradeep. But, he too remained silent, thinking Pradeep would speak out any moment about his thoughts. After a minute, Pradeep opened his mouth.
“Sandy?”
“Yeah?”
“You sure, you guys didn’t kiss?!”
                                           *   *   *   *
The year-end celebration party was held at Karnataka exhibition Centre. With vast space and away from the city, they had arranged a perfect year end party for their employees so that they forget their work stress at least for a day and enjoy the moment.
Sandesh was waiting for the cab to travel to the party destination. Cab arrived at 03:30pm. As he got in, Nidhi greeted him. But, Adhya wasn’t there.
“Where’s Adhya?”
“She said she’ll come around 6. She has some work it seems”
“Okay”
Adhya hadn’t replied to any of his messages and hadn’t answered his phone calls from the previous evening. She was smiling as usual while returning home. Sandesh wondered what happened to her.
They reached the party destination at 04:45pm. All credit to Bangalore traffic. Bangalore’s the only place where distance is measured in time taken to reach that place. No matter, you’ve the top horse powered engine; you’ll have to crawl like a snail in the traffic. Well, as they reached, after some security checking, they were handed with area map of the event site and liquor coupons. Without liquor, any party’s boring and useless, youth say. The three coupons were given only for name sake. As the party continues, they would give away tins without any coupons. Consuming alcohol has become a trend in present generation. If you fill a huge room with beer and let a present generation youth, by next few hours he would’ve drank whole of it and would still be licking the floor. There’s no limit to their needs.
Coming back to the story, Sandesh and Nidhi went in after collecting all those things. As Nidhi saw Rishab near the entrance, she ran and jumped over him, hugging and kissing his cheek. Sandesh smiled watching the crazy couple. He then went searching for Pradeep. He tried calling Adhya on her phone once again. But, she didn’t answer. He saw Pradeep near the temporarily setup bar counter, enquiring when would they start giving away the tins. He was with a blonde. She was holding him by his arm. As he saw Sandesh, Pradeep waved and rushed toward him.
“Hey, bro. you look nice”
“Hahha!! Thanks. You look great too”
“Meet my darling, Anitha” then, there was mutual exchange of ‘hi’ and fixed smiles.
“Did you get the coupons?”
“Yes”
“They’ll start after 7”
“Okay”
Anitha pulled Pradeep by his arm and whispered something to him. He then turned and spoke to Sandesh, “Bro, we’ll be around here. So...”
“Yeah, sure. You guys have fun”
Then, they vanished. Sandesh was left alone. Everyone was busy with their partner. Sandesh’s watch showed it was 05:15pm.
“Are you enjoying the party, Sandesh?” a matured male voice broke his chain of thoughts. He turned and saw Mr.Ashutosh standing behind him with his wife and child.
“Yes, sir. Somewhat”
“Well, meet my family. This’s my wife, Sahana. And, this cute pie is my daughter, Prapthi”
“Namasthe” Sandesh joined his hands in a formal namasthe. And, he came down on his knees to greet the four year old girl who was standing close to her father, holding his hand tightly.
“Hello there”. That little girl gave him a shy smile.
“What’s your name?”
“Paapti”, she pronounced her name in her own style.
“Oh!! That’s such a nice name. Does little Paapti want an ice-cream?” he spoke in a childish accent. She looked up at her father. Ashutosh smiled and said, “Go on, baby”. She came towards Sandesh hesitatingly and Sandesh lifted her up in taking her in his arms. By this sudden moment, that innocent creature’s face turned pale. She was about to scream. Then, Sahana spoke, pacifying her child
“Oh! It’s okay, sweetheart. Uncle’s gonna get you a bigg ice-cream and then he’ll bring you back to mamma, okay?”
That convinced Prapthi to some extent. Sandesh took her towards the food stalls. There were never ending rows of stalls with varieties of food. It was enough for the whole Silicon city residents to hog. Sandesh went near an ice-cream counter and took a Kulfi-stick, chosen by Prapthi. And then, he took her back to her parents.
“You seem to be alone. Why don’t you join us, Sandesh?” Ashutosh asked, noticing Sandesh roaming alone.
“Sure, sir. Thank you”
Sandesh joined them and they walked around for some time. They sat under a tree to rest for a while and continued to talk. All the way through the conversation, Ashutosh kept praising Sandesh in front of his wife for his work efficiency and dedication. Sandesh could say nothing but just smile. When it was 6pm, Sandesh separated himself from Ashutosh and his family. He hurried towards the entrance to welcome Adhya. Sandesh was growing restless every minute. He repeatedly checked time and kept staring at the road.

“Waiting for someone?” A cute, melodious voice asked from behind. He turned and saw Adhya standing behind him. She was wearing a dark brown mini-skirt and white full sleeved shirt. Her hair was left untied as usual which was moving with the wind dramatically. Her pink, juicy lips displayed a mischievous smile. Her fragrance hypnotized Sandesh. He kept staring at her without responding to her question.
